Can I customise a meal?

How do the meals come?
All meals come fresh, labelled, packaged between 2-5 degrees Celsius. You receive 2 deliveries per week of fresh meals.
How much does delivery cost?
All deliveries are FREE
Do you offer halal options?
Yes, our HMC Meat is from our local Bolton supplier. A Certificate will be sent upon request.
Can I track my package?
Yes, if you live in the Lancashire area you are able to follow our diets2go courier journey. All our customers are given a 1-hour time slot for delivery. Keep checking our website for updates on package tracking for the rest of the UK.
Do you accommodate vegetarians or vegan?
We offer a range of delicious vegetarian meals and have plans to grow our selection with a wider range including vegan options.
Do you cater for specific allergies?
Yes, please highlight your allergies during the ordering process. We label your allergen when ordering.
Are the meals labelled with nutritional information?
All macros are labelled according to your order.
How does delivery work?
You will receive two fresh deliveries of meals every week. If you are in the North West, your deliveries will be on SUNDAY & TUESDAY. If you are outside of the North West, your deliveries will be on SATURDAY & WEDNESDAY. If you would like to request alternative delivery days, please email info@diets2go.co.uk or give us a call on 01257 369531.
You will receive a text on the morning of your delivery with a 1-hour time slot for you to expect your delivery. All deliveries are FREE
Your order will be sent fresh & chilled in a thermocol box. The medical-grade Ice Packs should still be cool to touch (although not necessarily frozen), and the items should also be cool to touch. The typical fridge is set between 2-5 degrees; the Food Safety Regulations state that meat should be stored at 8 degrees or below.
We ask the courier to leave the package in a safe place if nobody is present to sign for the package. We ask for this information during your order process. Our deliveries usually arrive before 2pm but this is not guaranteed. Refrigerate the items on the day you receive them.
